We haven't yet decided which of the two doelings that we are going to keep out of Mystic, but we do plan to retain one
House Goat (Further abbreviated to HG) was rejected by Mystic, and had to be brought into the house for the first few days of her life to keep her warm and so that we could feed her. Even though she's out in the barn now, we still call her HG and she's always the first to run up to you and say "hi" when you enter the barn
Jewel was our first doe registered under our farm name. She currently is our 2nd heaviest milker (with the first being Mystic which isn't even a fair comparison). She is also very nice conformationally. The reason she's for sale is that she is currently skittish. It always gets better once she's handled during show season, but our operation's just gotten too big that we need to make cuts. So she has to go. She has some good genetics behind her, is rather pretty, and will be very friendly if handled regularly.
